Allegretti oil . Not a casual name, but the surname of a noble family belonging to the Order of the Knights of Malta, that of my grandmother Francesca, Duchess of Mirabella. Thanks to which our 12,000 olive trees bloom, between monumental and young, cultivated in the heart of the Itria Valley.
My tribute to the family heritage, to the sacrifices that my grandparents experienced and to the passion they handed down to me. A passion quietly transmitted to me and resurfaced
in due time.
The fusion of past and present, this is my method. The future , on the other hand, is in my oil.
HUMUS
The infinite expanse of green of the olive trees and the living stone of the dry stone walls, caressed by the breeze of a crystalline sea that embraces the blue sky. This extraordinary palette of colors draws an enchantment called Puglia , where with its lush olive trees we obtain a unique and precious oil.
